Being a true client advocate means looking at every aspect of a project from our client’s perspective. Whether we’re counseling on project delivery methods or material choices during pre-construction, conducting quality surveys or recommending sustainable building alternatives, we’re always working to achieve your goals and respond to your needs.
Over and over, we revisit a few basic concepts. These include: unshakable integrity, a spirit of partnership and client advocacy and, above all, trust. What does this mean for you as our client? We are committed to realizing your vision and consistently delivering A-teams.
Learning From Each Other
Our Lessons Learned database is a proprietary system that collects knowledge and insight from Gilbane employees all over the country (also see Why We’re Different). Employees enter information beneficial for others- whether it’s information about a new roofing project or tips about working in a particular market segment- and take this valuable information to their next assignment.
We measure client satisfaction by surveying clients and architects, asking detailed questions about specific services as well as broad topics. By tracking scores in different areas throughout the course of a project, we can continuously review, measure and benchmark those scores and adapt accordingly to make your experience with Gilbane a positive one.
